This notice explains, in general terms, how information submitted through the EVENTGATE website and project brief form is handled.
Scope
When you use the brief form, we may process your company or brand name, full name, email address, phone number, project information and any optional project file you upload.
Purposes
- Assessing your enquiry and responding to you,
- Defining the project scope and quotation requirements,
- Managing pre-contract communication and planning,
- Meeting information security and legal obligations.
Transfer and form provider
Your form details and uploaded file are transmitted through FormSubmit, a technical form-delivery provider, so that your enquiry can reach info@eventgate.com.tr. Please include only information required to assess your project and do not upload sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about third parties.
Analytics and cookie preference
If you consent, Google Analytics is used to understand website usage and improve the experience. Usage information such as pages visited, interaction type and approximate device and browser details may be processed by Google. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled by default; the analytics tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Refusing consent does not affect the website’s essential functions.
Only your analytics preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can reset it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.
Legal basis and retention
Your data is processed to respond to your request and manage pre-contract steps under the applicable conditions for processing personal data. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
